OFFICE ATTENDANT SELECTION PROCEDURE :
The selection will be done on the basis of two phase Online Tests and Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

i. Online tests except English will be available bilingually, i.e. in English and Hindi.
ii. A candidate has to qualify in each part of the Objective test separately.
There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
iii. The candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria will be called for the online test.
iv. Other detailed information regarding the examination will be given in an Information Handout, which will be made available for the candidates to download along with the call letter for examination from NABARD website.
v. Roll No. of the successful candidates in the online examination shortlisted for interview will be available on NABARD’s website and a brief notice thereof will be published in leading newspapers. The number of candidates to be invited for interview will be decided by NABARD.
vi. Only such number of candidates will be called for interview who stand sufficiently high in merit on the aggregate marks of the Objective Tests as also in each sectional cut-off. Such merit will be decided by the Bank in relation to the number of vacancies to be filled in.
vii. Final selection will be on the basis of candidate’s performance in the online examination and interview taken together in order of merit.
viii. The Bank reserves the right to stipulate the eligibility standards, etc. to decide the number of candidates to be called for second stage i.e. interview, commensurate with the number of vacancies. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
